Canyon Crossroads Animal Hospital serves the East Mountains and beyond. Our caring doctors and staff are here to provide quality veterinary care to your furry, reptilian or feathered family members. We encourage you to make an appointment to experience our friendly and professional care.

 

Janeen Counts, DVM - Dr. Counts is a native New Mexican and graduate of Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She established Canyon Crossroads Animal Hospital. As owner, her veterinary interests are broad and include reproductive medicine, soft tissue surgery, and behavioral medicine.

 

 

 

Laura McKinstry, DVM - Dr. McKinstry graduated from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and recently relocated here from Montana. Her special interests include Exotic Animals and Avian medicine. Dr. McKinstry's approach to Avian treatment includes traditional Western medicine as well as Nutritional and Herbal Treatments.

 

Ronnie Ezell, DVM - Dr. Ezell is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He practiced in San Antonio, Texas before moving to New Mexico. Dr. Ezell has a special interest in Orthopedic Surgery and Veterinary Chiropractic work.

 

 

 

 

Laura Scott, DVM - Dr. Scott graduated from Colorado State University with her degree in Veterinary Medicine. Her practice has included Valencia County, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Dr. Scott's special interest includes Dentistry and Preventive Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Scott is pursuing a certificate in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture (to be completed in May 2010).
